Tell us which app the file came from and what you were hoping to do with it. If you can share a sample with personal details removed, the tool gets built faster and tested against a real file. New tools are added every week and requests go first.

Mention the tool, your browser, and the error message shown. Because files are processed on your device we cannot see what went wrong unless you tell us.
